It’s that time of year again …

Here’s a sneak preview of my Samhain decorations.

Doesn’t look as good with the flash on but hopefully I’ll be able to snap a photo of it lit up when I figure out this camera.

In other news, I’m trucking along well on the sequel to Blood of Midnight: The Broken Prophecy. I’ve decided to make Phoenix a more prominent character in this book as Damon had most of the spotlight in the first one. Gotta love a girl with a scimitar.

I also finished an excellent funeral scene but I won’t spoil it by saying whose.

On a bit of a downside, my bathroom sink is leaking. I love my apartment but I can’t seem to go six months without something leaking. Ick! The repair guy says he’ll be in tomorrow bright and early to fix it. Here’s hoping.
