Status Update: Book II

Woohoo! I just finished blocking out the scenes for Blood of Midnight: A Hollow Vengeance from start to end. That means I can start writing in earnest tomorrow! I shall celebrate by writing a short fiction for y’all annnnd … maybe some chocolate. Just a little.

Status Report on Sequel, Cover Art

I just finished the plot and structure of the first chapter of Blood of Midnight: A Hollow Vengeance. Woo! Very excited to flesh it out. I’m pleased with the way the plot is coming together already.

In terms of cover art, presently, I’m waiting for Lulu’s Global Reach to kick in so that Blood of Midnight: The Broken Prophecy will be available for purchase on Amazon.com in its paperback format. It’s already there in ebook for the Kindle, if you so desire. For the paperback, it’ll take 6-8 weeks to be approved.

While I’m waiting, though, I’m considering showing y’all some love for the month of February and reducing the price of the book to 20.50 instead of 25.50. What do ya think? Five dollar discount for a month? Don’t be afraid to post or “like” and let me know your opinion.

At long last, the day has come, and my book is available for purchase!

I have also uploaded to the Kobo site as well as Amazon, so if you prefer to shop via either of those locations, please stay tuned. I will make announcements as soon as those become available.

Print-on-Demand copies of the novel will be available either by the end of this week or early next week for those of you who simply must have the touch and smell of paper book pages. I am currently waiting on the finished cover formatting from my graphic designer. Then the next step will be to get a proof copy back from Lulu to ensure that there are no printing errors. Nothing but the best for you guys! Once I’m satisfied that everything is as it should be, I will make it available for order.

Thank you all very much for your patience and support. This has been a very exciting and oftentimes harrowing experience for me. I hope to serve up a good story for your reading pleasure. Please feel free to comment as you like. I read and respond to each post.

New Editor

Okay! Here’s a quick note to let y’all know that due to some health issues beyond his control, Tak won’t be able to finish the editing on my book so I’ve hired a new editor. Hi Alex! Thanks for taking on the project.
